A complaint is any expression of dissatisfaction regarding the service you have received from Compare The Energies.
We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 business days and confirm who is handling your case. The handler will be impartial and not directly involved in the issue.
Within two weeks, you will receive either a final response or a holding response explaining any delay. If we do not hear from you within 7 days after our final response, the complaint will be considered resolved.
If you are not satisfied with our decision, you may request a further review. Without new evidence or clear errors, outcomes are unlikely to change.
We will always issue a final response no later than 8 weeks from receiving your complaint.
